Refunds issued by train operators do not include any service or consultation fees charged by Trainmtrak.com.

5. No-Show & Missed Travel

No-shows, missed departures, or failure to travel as scheduled are subject to the train operator’s rules. Trainmtrak.com is not responsible for refunds in such cases.
